Off Campus Living: Two bedrooms available January 1 in a four bedroom townhouse, come as an individual or a pair. A longer lease term is available if necessary. Fifteen minute walk to campus. We're located at 30 Henry W Dubois Drive. Each townhouse is equipped with 4 bdrms, large kit, large LR, 2 full baths, walk in closet, washer & dryer, and parking for each tenant on premises, (your home away from home). Five or Six month lease is $750/month, a longer term can be discussed. The rent is per bedroom per month. Utilities and water expenses are not included.
