We have a 4 bedroom town house on 30 Henry Dubois Road. We have the larger town house in the complex, big living room, two full bathrooms, washer dryer, and a sizeable kitchen. if you want pics of the place i can arrange to send them to you. the room you'll have is around 10 by 10, i'll do the measurements again if you'd like. rent is 550 a month plus utilities, highest would be about 625 a month, heat/electric gets paid every two months and cable every month. one of our housemates droppedout and were looking to find someone to take his room for the spring semester. send me an email at rpruiss@yahoo.com if interested.
