I have a room in a house/apartment I am wanting to sublet. It's a shared space with other renters and is in walking-distance of the campus. I'll include the specs below, and let me know if you're interested and wanting more info. You can also call/text me at 657-282-7193.

Sublease a room in 3rd floor apt at South Oakwood. $625/r/m. Sublease starts 5/26/20-5/23/21. Sublessee shares kitchen and bath with 4 other renters on 3rd floor. Rent includes water/electric but not wifi/cable. Free off-street parking available. No w/d. Pictures of the house could easily be provided.
