As the title suggests I am looking for someone (or a couple) to sublet or take over the rent for my current studio apartment. The apartment is a really nice studio that is more than enough space for one person and can even fit a couple comfortably (about 300 sqft). It is a 10 minute walk to campus and even closer to the heart of Main Street. The rail trail runs right behind the building.
All utilities are included (except wifi) and they have standard washers and dryers on site. There is parking available for a small additional fee. The rent per month for one person is 1120/month, for two people the rent is 1270/month which boils to 635 each.
