I'm currently a Junior attending SUNY New Paltz whose looking to sublet my single room for next semester. The room will be available from Jan-May (The last week of December can also be included free of charge once I leave after finals) for $675 a month (utilities included). It's located right off Main street, and is a 10-minute walk to campus / Old Main! The room is very spacious and comes with a queen-sized bed, a desk, a rolling chair, and a small dresser.
