Off-Campus Housing Bulletin Board

I do have a place to live in right now, however rent is going up and I have to re-up by February. I'd like to see what is going to be available for the summer/upcoming fall semester. If not available for the summer that is ok. Anyway, I have 3 others interested in finding a place together. However willing to look at bigger or smaller places as well. I have a price range in mind, but willing to look at everything.

I am open to having new room mates. So if anyone who is a transfer looking for a place as well you can email me too. Also, all of us have been responsible with our rent, taking care of the house, and managing the bills. We have guys and girls, so neither should feel discounted in contacting us if interested in need of a room mate.
