Multiple rooms will be available to rent starting in January for the Spring semester or longer in a nice spacious house that's shared by all female SUNY students and is walking distance to campus and Main St. The rent is $675 per month per person including all utilities for a nice spacious, updated private room. Large rooms can be shared by two for $500 per person. The rooms can be rented furnished or unfurnished, and flexible start and end dates are available.
It's about a seven minute walk to campus and a five minute walk to Main St and the grocery store. Utilities included are heat, hot water, electric, and Wi-fi. It also comes with a washer and dryer, off-street parking, bicycle storage, weekly garbage and recycling pickup, driveway snow plowing, walkway shoveling, and yard maintenance.
This is an ideal house for serious and responsible individuals who are looking for a place for studying and peaceful relaxation. This residence is not a party house.
