My friends and I are heading home for the summer and are looking to sublease our apartment from June-July/mid August. There are a total of four (out of five) bedrooms available in a beautiful apartment right above Los Jalapenos on north chestnut street. The rent is $650 a month with all utilities included, except wifi. The wifi is split between tenants. Rooms are available starting June 1st.
