Very quiet, non-smoker couple looking for a place to rent beginning in July (we are flexible with this) throughout the school year and preferably longer! one of us is a full-time student at SUNY New Paltz. I work full-time and will be moving to the area. Willing to be within 30mins of New Paltz.
Prefer a non-shared living situation, but we are open. PETS MUST BE OKAY. I have two small ferrets. We don't have dogs or cats.
