First-floor bedroom in private home available for rent during the summer semester. Rental period would start June 5th and end August 5th, although if you need to stay a little longer that is negotiable. All utilities are included in the cost of rent. There is parking on site, although you won't need a car as the campus is just a 5-minute walk away (I timed it lol). There is currently no one else renting any other part of the house for the summer semester, although that may change. First months rent ($570.00) and a security deposit of $75.00 are due on signing.
