I took a year off but am returning to school in the fall. My fiancé is disabled and we haven't found a reasonably priced place to live in New Paltz. We currently pay $1600 which is at the top of our budget, especially since I'm returning to school. If you rented a house and wouldn't mind renting to a serious couple, I'd love to have a room. Do understand that I prefer a place all to my own and I am a very clean person
