All furnished large Victorian with 5 bedrooms, equipped kitchen,sun room, free washer & dryer, front and back covered porches, as well as a large open back yard for relaxing. Room sizes vary and the rents are from 625 to 725 depending on the size. No smoking & No pets of any kind. I am an exchange student from UK and will study at SUNY New Paltz for 1 semester (20 August-22 December). Would you have a room for this period of time? I am currently in UK.
