Two professional females seeking a third roommate. We have a bedroom open in our three bedroom one bathroom house. 15
minutes from SUNY New Paltz, 20 minutes from Kingston. Shared large kitchen and living room (already furnished). Front porch, back porch, and mud room.
Large closet in bedroom, 2 shared closets upstairs. Looking for nice, stable young professional. Must love cats (but no more pets please!), as we have 2.
Rent is $400/month, electric ranges from $40-60/person. Wifi $16/person. Propane every 2 to 3 months at roughly $35/month. Oil in the winter (depending on weather) about $150-$180 every other month, but in the summer we only order every 3 months or so.
Max cost for your room in winter with utilities ends up coming to $650-$675. In the summer the cost tends to be lower, around $500.
We are quiet, like video games and tea. We are not party people. Lease can be 6 months to a year. We are both students, but are fully independent, and hope you are too!
