There are refinished hardwood floors, an updated kitchen, two full updated bathrooms, living room, dining room, sunroom, high-speed WI-FI, cable in the living room, washer and dryer on premises, off-street parking, bicycle storage, fresh paint, and a nice yard.
The house and neighborhood are great for studying and peaceful relaxation. This is not a party house. Mature and responsible individuals only. No pets and no smoking.
