Hi guys, there are TWO bedrooms available, starting May 22, in my apartment on 55 N Chestnut Street. RENT is $600 + utilities. Very spacious rooms, 10-15 minute walk to campus, clean bathroom and kitchen, close to the rail-trail and New Paltz town. It's a great place to live, and I am reasonably quiet and clean. It will be a year's lease, and the landlord is nice and reasonable.
