There are 2 bedrooms available, (there is also a 3rd room available if groups of three want it, however if only two people move in you are not responsible for paying the rent for that third room, we currently double it as a living room or storage if you want).
5 minute walk or less from campus. Also conveniently placed less then 5 min walk from Convenient Deli, Angel's nails, and other surrounding places for weekend fun. Quite area, but we have never received any noise complaints from playing music at night or having guest over.

Rent is $625 a month not including utilities (however our utilities are usually less then $50 a month per person.
Deposit is $1500, however landlord is flexible and will take $750 as a deposit until you can pay the rest. Also very flexible with students who pay with financial aid for the academic year.
