Hey, my names Matt and I am looking to rent a room in or around the New Paltz area for the 2017-2018 school year. I have a car so I can drive to campus if the room is not within walking distance, I would also prefer a place that is pet friendly (I have a pet bird I would like to take with me but this is not a deal breaker). I am looking for a place that is under 650$ a month.
A little about me: I am 22 years old and am studying psychology and will be entering my senior year at New Paltz. I'm a quiet, clean, friendly and responsible individual who is currently focused on their studies and school work. In my free time I'm usually either going for hikes around town, playing guitar, reading or writing.
