I have plural rooms available at this stage; mostly beginning Aug 15th.
However the largest space, with bathroom and private entrance is available sooner, if you ask!
This is a "not quite apartment" in that it shares a kitchen with the other tenants.
Also, its bathroom is technically available to the other tenants, though in practice, they find the other one and a half baths in the house (of which one is also available to all tenants) pretty sufficient!
