My name is Ian and I'll be a grad student in the fall. An ideal room scenario would be:
-around $600/mo
-lease starting in August
-the closer to campus the better (though I do have a car if need be)
Obviously these are just guidelines, nothing that needs to be strictly followed. I'm willing to live with grad or undergrad students, as long as it isn't a big party house.
