Subletting my room this summer (end of may- august). It's 675 a month and that includes ALL utilities. I'm moving out of state at the end of May so you can turn the sublet into a full year lease.
I'm also willing to split payment on the first month depending on your move-in day.
Right next to campus behind The Ridge apartments. It comes with furniture (bed, desk, chair, tables, bookshelves), and you share a kitchen and bathroom with one person. The room is private and upstairs and is spacious. Quiet area, down the street from Rite Aid and Tops.
