We still have 3 bedrooms in a 7 bedroom house available for rent located in the Village of New Paltz. The house has a living room, eat-in-kitchen, two bathrooms, washer & dryer and off-street parking.  The house is UNFURNISHED and is a 4 minute walk to campus.

Rooms are $575 and tenants share cost of utilities
