The house has 2 bathrooms (one on each floor), furnished common areas, 2 fridges (3 people per fridge) and more than enough shelf space. Coin-operated washer and dryer are on premises and there off street parking available as well.
It is a cozy house and rent is 520/mo and does not include utilities.
