A couple of friends and myself want to rent for the upcoming school year Fall 2017-Spring 2018 and are looking for a fully furnished 5-7 bedroom place. It would be best if the rent could be 500-700 including utilities preferred but negotiable. We would prefer a place that is close to campus no more than 15-20 minutes walk and has washer and dryer included. We are very clean and conservative and are not party people so you have nothing to worry about and have no pets.

I have a very large 8 Bedroom Pl. everything is new the place was built three years ago eight large bedrooms two loads full bathrooms two sets of free washers and dryer's very large kitchen and living room offstreet parking, located on church street short walk to campus.
