We are 5 female students looking for housing for the upcoming academic year. We would prefer if it was in walking distance, only one of us has a car. It would be great if utilities were included in the rent but if not, not a deal breaker. Trying to look for something under $700. 5 separate bedrooms if possible. Washer and dryer in house. None of us have pets or smoke.
