New house with 4 bedrooms, fully furnished private bedrooms, kitchen, dining area, 2 bathrooms and common area. We currently have one bedroom for rent for Spring 2017 (Jan-May). We are looking for a female student who is mature, clean and a responsible person. Rent is $650 a month. Lease is month to month with two months' security required. Rent includes all utilities, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, wifi and snow removal. Roommates are quiet, clean and responsible students who are not partiers. House is situated in a quiet residential area, has a long driveway so there's plenty of parking, located in Village. It's approx. a 15 - 20 minute walk to campus. Pictures available upon request.
