I'm currently a senior in my last semester at New Paltz. I live in a house less than 15 minutes from campus (walking). I'm looking for someone to sublet in January. The lease goes until August 2017. Rent is $625, everything included. I have some furniture in the room (bed, desk, and chair) that I might be able to leave in the room.
