I am a grad student and looking for a place to rent for only the fall semester at New Paltz, preferably within walking distance of campus although not required. I would also appreciate having housemates as long as they are relatively clean. I wouldn't want anything too expensive though I would be willing to pay a bit more for a nicer apartment.
