We are 4 students looking to live in a clean, quiet house or apartment for the coming school year.
One of us has a cat, but is trained and he takes care of her. We are all conscientious and respectful tenants.
Half of us are older students. We are not interested in parties, and want a housing environment that reflects that (so, not Southside nor neighboring properties).
