Looking for a grad student at SUNY or faculty member to rent our spacious and very quiet studio apartment just off Rocky Hill Road (2m north of New Paltz on Rte. 32). Private entrance and patio that looks out on a beautiful half-acre garden. Wifi, electricity included. Washer/dryer available. Heat: $500 for the year (to be paid in October). Rent: $695 per month. Lease 12 months, starting at the beginning of August. We have had three SUNY New Paltz MFA students and one art school faculty member stay in our studio over the past 7 years.
