Saw your ad here on the SUNY website. We have a very sweet but tiny studio apartment that will be available soon, either 5/15 or 6/1. It has a separate entrance and is the upper level of our home. It comes fully furnished and has a kitchenette...no free standing stove. It's fully stocked with all kinds of counter top appliances and dishes and everything. We are in High Falls which is a 15 minute drive to campus. It's $700 including everything and small well behaved pets are fine. We would need references and a deposit.
