Furnished room available to sublet June and July 2016 on the first floor of a house on Pinecrest Road. The cost is $550 a month plus utilities which is approximately $65 a month. The room has a full size bed, night stand, floor lamp, dresser, desk, good sized closet, and a ceiling fan. Also there is a large common area, kitchen (air conditioned), washer and dryer, and a nice deck outside with a grill. It is an easy walk to campus (10-15 minutes), downtown, grocery store, etc. There are four housemates currently. The housemates have been clean and considerate.
