Hey my friends and I are looking for a fifth person to live in our house this upcoming fall semester! We're all currently juniors/science majors and we are searching for someone who appreciates having fun but also respects when we have a lot of work to do. It is a one year lease, and rent is 650 a month, including some utilities. The remainder of the utilities are paid for in a lump sum upon moving in, so we do not have to worry about them every month :) The house is really cute, in good condition, with large rooms, two bathrooms, and key pad locks on all the bedrooms. The landlord is easy going and considerate of those he rents to. The house also includes a washer and drier and is located on Pencil Hill Road, only a block away from campus.
