Two graduate students are looking for two new roommates for the upcoming year. The lease runs from August 1st through July 28th. The house is two story, has two bathrooms, has a large driveway, has a huge yard, and is in a quiet residential neighborhood about a mile from campus. One room is available for $550 a month and another larger room is available for $600 a month. Painting of the rooms is allowed. The landlords are very courteous and quick to come repair anything that needs attention. Snow removal, lawn care, water, and propane for the stove are paid by the landlord. The four tenants split the garbage, electric, cable/wifi, and fuel bills equally. Bills generally come to approx. $30-$60 a month depending when the bills come as they do not all come monthly.
