I'm looking for someone to take over my lease ending June 30, 2016. $450 a month includes all utilities, plus $10 for wifi. Our house is on south chestnut, conveniently close to the campus entrance. The room is on the top floor with four other bedrooms (all nice guys in their young twenties), two bathrooms, a living area and fully stocked kitchen.
