Looking for anyone interested in taking over the lease to the studio apartment starting DECEMBER ( if possible) The apartment is in a house with some amazing students. This apartment includes its own shower, toilet, oven/stove, fridge, sink, and plenty of cabinet and drawer space. All utilities are included ( heat, electric, water,wifi, cable, etc.) only thing that's not included is quarters for the laundry machine. The cost of the apartment is $820 a month.
