Room for rent in a four bedroom apartment! Located by the West entrance of campus, only about a 15 minute walk to class! Room is a decent size, can definitely fit a full bed with desk and dresser etc. The room does not come furnished. It's $600/mo with everything included: heat, electric, water, cable etc. It's a fixed price so your rent will never change. Landlord is very helpful and doesn't come by unless we ask him to fix something. Housemates include two girls and one guy. All very respectful and friendly.
