Hi my name is Annie, my room mate and I have a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment for rent in the southside apartments. The rent is $615 for the big room and $465 for the smaller room. Water and heat is included. My room mate and I are leaving at the end of December so were looking for 2 people to take over for us. Small patio off of the living room and laundry room is right across the hall. Wifi and electric is not included. Pleanty of parking. Less than 10 minute walk to campus.
