I'll be graduating in December and am looking for a sublet for my room from December 31-May 31. The rent is $775 a month with all utilities but wifi included (wifi is split 4 ways with the other housemates). You would be getting the master bedroom which is massive and has a bathroom connected to it. There are two bathrooms in the house as well as a full kitchen, huge living room, a basement with a washer and a dryer, a driveway and a good sized yard. The house is at 5 North Manheim Blvd and is a 5 min walk from campus as well as about a 5 min walk right outside the heart of town.
