My friends and I are looking to rent a house with 4-5 bedrooms for the fall 2016 school year. We would prefer to have a house that is walking distance from the SUNY New Paltz campus, but we would consider houses that are further away. We are non smokers and all mature and over the age of 20. We would also prefer if the house has a washer and dryer.
