Hello, my girlfriend and I were looking for housing in New Paltz for the fall 2012 and spring 2013 semesters.  Close to campus would be nice and parking would be nice as well. Please let me know what is available.

Hello,

I'm renting a 2 bedroom cottage ($1200) on the Hudson River. Its available immediately or on January 1st. It has solar panels, dock with canoe and in walking distance is a park with miles of trails. Located in Ulster Park about 15-20 minutes from New Paltz and campus.

We are two females living in a house in Tillson, NY which is a very easy 10 minute drive to campus (I do it every day) and we are looking for a third and/or fourth roommate to come join us.
