I'm looking for a 1 bedroom apartment or studio apartment in $500-600 price range. Utilities don't have to be included. $550/month is preferred

I can do a year lease, 6 month lease, or month to month. Doesn't matter to me

Preferably no roommates

Need to move in before October 1

We have an upstairs furnished room that is spacious and quiet. It has a separate entrance and driveway. There is a private bath and a closet. There is no real kitchen, just a microwave and fridge. No smoking or drugs. We live downstairs and are very accommodating. We have two dogs that are friendly. Call and ask for Sue or Steve at 845-255-8233.
