The apartment is in a converted barn with a great backyard with a communal garden. It is about an 8 minute drive from town about a 25 minute bike ride. Rent is $550 everything included, except internet ($25 a month split with two people). There is a gas fireplace which is amazing in the winter. Flexible on move in date but the latest is September 1st, can do earlier though!Living room furniture will stay. Also the bed and night stand can stay in you want them.
