Awesome house - 3 acres of land/forest. parking, washer dryer, all utilities paid for.  skylight in each room. Tons of storage.
need 2 more mature students or twenty something adults who work in New Paltz. Not a party house. Very chill, peaceful. respectful home.

Hi, my friend and I could be interested in the two rooms. However, we are both graduating in December. Would it be possible to lease until then?
