Hi everyone! I'm Jenna.
Here's a couple things about me...I'm an Art Education major and will be a junior this fall. I work on weekends at real estate office in Woodstock, and during the week I am a personal assistant for a real estate agent, and a babysitter.
I am looking for a room/apartment in New Paltz:
-Rent up to $650 including utilities --- am willing to pay utilities like electric if the price per month is around $550
-Preferably a month to month lease but could work with 10 or 12 month lease
-Off-street parking
-Would be great if it was walking distance from town but not necessarily campus
-I have a THERAPY dog that is SMALLER than a cat: of course is completely potty trained and friendly.
