I am looking for a room/apartment in New Paltz:
-Rent up to $650 including utilities
-Preferably a month to month lease but could work with 10 or 12 month lease if necessary- starting in August
-Off-street parking
-Furnished
-Would be great if it was walking distance from town but not necessarily campus
-I have a dog that is SMALLER than a cat: of course is completely potty trained and friendly
