I am looking to sublet my room for the summer, the house is right across the street from campus
it would be $550 plus utilities (just electricity and heat) but no one really uses heat during the summer
the house includes everything else, a microwave, refrigerator, a parking space, washer and dryer, basically all the necessities you need!
the room comes with a nice closet with sliding mirror doors, a wardrobe, mini fridge, a bed, shelf, nightstand and a desk
