I am a Transfer student seeking a one bedroom apartment or studio starting in the Fall of 2012. The ideal apartment would be close to SUNY New Paltz and would have parking spaces available. All utilities must be included, and apartment should be clean and well taken care of. (Especially when it comes to rodents.)
