are you only looking for the summer time?
We need to start renting in the summer because I have summer classes and my friend has work, but we also need a place for the school year.
I have two bedrooms available for summer sublet starting June First until mid to the end of august. It is right on church street and the rent would be negotiable depending on what you could pay. It is a three bedroom apartment/townhouse with 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and furnished living room. There will be one girl living there over the summer but she is quiet, neat, and very friendly. Please let me know as soon as possible. It is a great location, close to campus, and in the center of town.
