Hi, Im looking to sublet my room for the summer, the house is on orchard lane and you would be living with 4 other girls who are staying there for the summer. It is directly across the street from school and as a bonus I will pay for utilities (trying to sublet as quickly as possible) I'm looking for someone who is respectful to my housemates and my room, the lease would start from june 2nd till late august.
You would have your own room, the house has 2 full bathrooms and a washer/dryer and there will possibly be some furniture in the room
