I just signed my lease for 11 Lookout Ave (half way between SUNY campus and Main St). I will be home for the summer and I'm looking for someone to rent my room out for June and July. The house is a good size with decent sized rooms, shared kitchen, living area, and bathroom (my housemates will be living there over the summer). The rent is 600/month including heat, water, and garbage pickup with an extra 30 or so for electric and cable.
